ENVIROCOAT TECHNOLOGIES' MIDDLE EAST DISTRIBUTOR ENTECH COATINGS

FINALIZES SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY

IN SAUDI ARABIA

Pursuant to the News Release of October 22, 2008, Prima Developments Ltd. ("The Company") management is pleased to announce that its' Middle East distributor Entech Coatings is specified on King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) in Saudi Arabia.

The President of Entech states, "This mega undertaking will take approximately 20 years to complete and the amount of coatings required for an entire city is staggering."

KAEC will include residential areas, seaport, sea resorts, industrial areas, business district and educational zones.

The President of Prima states, "The magnitude of a project of this size is tremendous and the notoriety of having our coatings being chosen and applied to all the buildings in the city is truly exciting."
