DISTRIBUTOR HAS PLACED OPENING ORDER FOR CITIES

IN THE MIDDLE EAST

Prima Developments Ltd. ("The Company") management is excited to announce that their private label distributor Entech Coatings has placed a major order with Envirocoatings for the Middle East.

Entech has gained acceptance and specification from a number of cities in the Middle East and this "opening" order reflects the acceptance of the coatings.

The first order is for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai and Beirut.   This letter of intent purchase order is awaiting L.C. approval and once confirmed this order valued at over ½ million dollars can begin to be produced and shipped.

The President of Entech states, "This order represents just a small amount of what will be ordered in the next several months.   We are gaining acceptance very rapidly in the Middle East and this order is just the beginning of many more orders to come for setting up distribution centers throughout the Middle East."
