PRIMA RECEIVES CONFIRMATION ORDER FROM SHERWIN-WILLIAMS

Prima Developments Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received an initial order from the Sherwin-Williams Group ( NYSE: SHW).   The Bullhead City store in Arizona is placing the first order in the southwestern United States.   This order confirms the distribution arrangements announced in the news release dated November 26, 2007.

Sherwin-Williams have approximately 3,000 stores across the US.   More than 90% of the US population lives within a fifty-mile radius of a Sherwin-Williams store.   Together with sales in Canada through ICI Glidden stores (NYSE: ICI), now both Canada and the US have national distribution channels.

This is excellent timing as Envirocoatings is aggressively promoting and marketing in magazine publications nationwide.
