PRIMA RECEIVES CASH ORDERS FROM THE MIDDLE EAST FOR 30,000 LITERS

Pursuant to the News Release of December 23, 2008, Prima Development management is pleased to announce that it has received funds for the first purchase orders from Entech Coatings for projects in the Qatar region of the Middle East.   These orders totaling over 30,000 liters are the largest ever received for January historically.   They are from a large company involved in construction related materials, and have further orders pending according to Entech's president, Michel Tannous.

The senior management of Prima states, "The Entech product addresses some key needs in that region, the energy savings being a major one."
