PRIMA DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES RECORD SALES

Prima Developments Management is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Envirocoatings, reports sales of its "Ceramic Insulcoat Roof and Wall Coating Systems" have achieved record sales results.

For the Period from January 2, 2007 to May 31, 2007:

* Canadian and U.S. sales have exceeded all years to date.

* Sales for this year, 2007, are up 67% over last year.

* Our business in Canada and the United States is continuing to expand at an accelerated rate.

The environmental concerns are huge issues with everyone in Canada and the U.S.A. Envirocoatings products are engineered to reduce carbon output and therefore will continue to grow in demand.
