ENVIROCOAT TECHNOLOGIES' MIDDLE EAST DISTRIBUTOR

IS IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH A MASSIVE DEVELOPMENT

Prima Developments Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to report that its Middle East distributor, Entech Coatings has entered negotiations with "The Pearl" in Qatar which is located in the Persian Gulf.

The President of Entech states, "This massive development which comprises nearly one thousand acres will have luxury condos, elegant townhomes, beach front villas, hotels, marinas, retail stores and restaurants."

"The Pearl" (www.thepearlqatar.com) is the country's first international urban development venture and when completed will be like no other destination in the Middle East.

If Entech Coatings is successful in acquiring specification on this project they will be available to every structure in the development and the product will be perfectly suited for the climate conditions in the Middle East.

This project will require millions of gallons of coating material.
