PRIMA ANNOUNCES A SALES ORDER FOR LEBANON

Prima is pleased to announce that a product order for Ceramic Insulcoat products has been received for the country of Lebanon.   The product line to be shipped will include wall, roof and insulseal.   This sale is a confirmation of the growth in the interest in the Entech product line throughout the Middle East.  

Lebanon , with a population estimated at over four million people, is historically known as the " Switzerland of the East", but in recent years has had damage to its infrastructure.   However, the urban population in Lebanon is noted for its commercial enterprise, and the rebuilding that is required will demand a need for quality products such as Ceramic Insulcoat.

Management is pleased with this new product order and anticipates enhanced sales in the region in the coming year.

The Company also announces that it has terminated its investor relations agreement with Catalyst Xchange Corp.
