PRIMA ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER SALES RESULTS

Prima is pleased to announce that sales results for the first quarter of 2009 show an increase of 23% over the similar quarter for 2008.   This is mainly a result of strong orders from Canada and included orders from the Middle East and China.

Management is pleased with this increase in sales, and expects that if projections for sales growth continue to be confirmed, the company should see profitability for the 2009 fiscal year.

Pursuant to the news release of October 6, 2009 the Company also clarifies the announcement regarding the termination date of its investor relations agreement with Catalyst Xchange Corp was as of September 3, 2009 as the Company has decided to concentrate its investor relations activities in-house.
