PRIMA RECEIVES INITIAL ORDER FROM PREFAB HOUSING MANUFACTURER

Prima Developments Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has shipped its first order to a prefabricated housing manufacturer in eastern Canada.   Vidabode has sole specified the Envirocoatings products for all its coating requirements; roof, walls and interiors.   (http://www.vidabode.com)

This provides an answer for sales growth during Canada's fall and winter seasons when little outside painting projects can proceed, opening the sales cycle for 12 months of the year.   One shift at full capacity would produce close to $4 million is sales a year for Envirocoatings.

Vidabode is actively selling manufacturing licenses, and currently has a number sold with more scheduled next year.

Prima considers this an opportunity to joint venture in an industry that is growing due to the demand for cost effective housing units, and the growth it offers by expanding the sales cycle in Canada.
